"Perdre un être cher de manière foudroyante. Tel a été mon automne 2024 entre le 21 octobre et le 20 novembre. Une escalade d’événements vers un point de non retour. Une escalade d’événements suffisamment clémente malgré tout, nous permettant d’échanger un dernier mois. Entre petits hauts et grands bas, cette période a préparé le terrain pour ce qui suivra.
Accepter l’obscurité, affronter le vertige, chercher la lumière, continuer à vivre avec la part manquante. "Losing a loved one suddenly. That was my autumn of 2024, between October 21st and November 20th. An escalation of events leading to a point of no return. An escalation of events that was nonetheless kind enough to allow us one last month together. Between small highs and great lows, this period prepared the ground for what was to come. Accepting the darkness, facing the vertigo, searching for the light, continuing to live with the missing piece. Composed and recorded almost entirely in the autumn of 2025, Fast as Light brought me back to work after a period of inability to focus and symbolizes my vision of this unbreakable bond between life and light"
